I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in mid 2019. surgery was conducted 11/6/2019. since my recovery is progressing well. i am 58 and want to get back into a solid exercise routine. do you have a recommendation for a plan or resource for my situation? t

Nothing special: It has been more than 6 months since surgery and you may engage in any exercise you like. Start gradually and increase the time and intensity of exercise as tolerated. It would be useful to engage in weight bearing exercises to maintain your bone health. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
