Not typical: Fainting on the background of increased heart rate and low blood pressure is not typical of IBS. Workup would be needed in oder to find out an alternate cause. Heart itself may be at the origin of your symptoms, specifically an arrhythmia. Please discuss with your treating providers as they have a complete view of your medical situation.
