Weak heart beating: Depends how fit you are and how intense the exercise. the pressure may be from heart or lungs -may have a mild reactive/exercise induced asthma- or can even be gastritis/ GERD reflux post exercise. Do you feel dizzy? Would follow up w/doc , check echocardiogram for structural heart issues, PFTs for asthma and discuss GERd w/doc
