If you have no: known chronic medical issues at your age what you describe could certainly be a "Panic" situation. However, before you assume that it would be wise to see your doctor and discuss this situation and the medical conditions it can mimic. One would not want to make the assumption that it is a panic attack without eliminating some serious medical disorders.
