I think i have a uti; i got phenazopyridine from the pharmacy, but do i still need antibiotics or can the uti clear up on its own? i completed a course of antibiotics for urethritis 2months ago and am concerned about developing antibiotic resistance

If pain persists: and a check of urine for infection is positive, then an appropriate antibiotic would be needed.
