Yes, in moderation: Alcohol will not interfere with ciprofloxacin (CiproBay) or phenazopyridine (Pyridium) and will not increase side effects. Don't drink to excess; heavy alcohol interferes with immune system fighting infection. FYI, phenazopyridine isn't an antibiotic, but a urinary anesthetic that helps reduce symptoms; OK to stop when painful urination and urgency gone, usually 1-2 days. But take all the cipro.
