Doctor can evaluate: Any stomach flu, intestinal problem, or food poisoning type of illness can have symptoms such as heartburn, nausea, bloating, vomiting, tummy pain, tummy cramps, etc... One person can have some or all of these symptoms. If symptoms are mild, they might go away in a day or two. Sometimes they are more severe or last longer so a doctor's evaluation would be needed, as in this case.
