Lots possible...: Causes of llq abdominal discomfort may be identified by first addressing accompanying signs/symptoms so as to localize the organ involved. Fever, nausea, vomiting, altered stool pattern, blood with stool, tenderness, distension? Painful or blood with urination? Recent trauma, herniations? Pending medical evaluation, consider starting acid blockers ; stopping nsaid's, alcohol, tobacco.
