Not likely: The pain before your bowel movement could be irritable bowel syndrome or some other colon issue. Some women do have pain with bowel movement with endometriosis as well. Your abnormal cells are usually related to hpv infection and/or use of tobacco. If you had invasive cervical cancer certainly that could cause rectal pain, but that doesn't sound like your situation.
