I have this on my right upper abdomen, it been more than 5 years now. i went for an xray and it show an oval shadow on my right upper abdomen. it like something is obstructing me to pass gas or pass stool. lately it been very painful?

Need more info: All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and the images. Wish you good health!
