Blood count : I think there was a concern for high hemoglobin. At 18.4 that is high normally depending on the lab, the valve is between 13 to 17 for men and lower for women. So at that level, you should be seen by a doctor in person. There are several possible concerns for respiratory issues, blood production issues, iron metabolism problems, abnormalities of hormones, or use of testosterone
