See a doctor: This is quite a low hemoglobin level, indicating moderate anemia that could be dangerous if it gets any worse. Although it might be due only to iron deficiency, you must not assume that; you need a definite diagnosis by a doctor. Don't take chances of missing something more serious. Good luck!
