Hello my son lost the 2 top front teeth then bottom ones he turns 7 on the 31st january. the bottom ones have grown out but the front top have not and it's almost a year should i be concerned? he got all his baby teeth on time no delays

Go find out: In normal eruption sequence L baby teeth fall out before U. There has to be a reason for your son's premature exfoliation of U front baby teeth, and delay in eruption of U front permanent teeth. State of the art is that ALL children see Orthodontist (dent-facial growth and development specialist) at eruption of 1st permanent teeth but not later than Age 7. This exam is usually free. Go find out.
