It : It is probably one tooth, and depending on the shape it looks like two to you. Then again, if two baby teeth are fused together, it might be two teeth. Have your dentist take a look and he will let you know for sure.

Probably not.: Most likely the baby eyetooth is still there at least in part. Another, more rare occurence is a tooth that tried to split into two teeth when forming in the jawbone, but did not separate completely. This phenomenon is called "gemination" professionally.
