I want to know what is the difference between looking in shape and bodybuilding?

Pretty close: Both refer to acheiving a specific look, but are not exactly the same as being fit or strong. Bodybuilders lift weights and eat in a specific way to achieve muscle mass with minimal body fat percentage (often 5% or less) to enhance the definition of their muscles. Looking in shape is a less specific description ot this type of training. Focus on being strong and fit more than a specific look.
