This isn't science: "aesthetics bodybuilding" is a term used by certain bodybuilding promoters who would like to sell you programs that focus on supposedly-pleasing shapes rather than just mass. I suggest you ignore these people, lift maximum weight 10 reps 3x/workout 3x/week, eat plenty of protein and focus the rest fruits ; vegetables, stay aerobically fit, avoid steroids ; see how your body turns out.
