My mother took in one day 30mg piroxicam, which has resulted in excessive nausea and stomach pain. she's also on her period. she can't move out of bed. is it consider overdose? how can i help her? she can't get out of bed to go to the doctor's.

Piroxicam: Dose is 20 mg -2x/day so 30 mg is OK . But many have gastritis from NSAIDS- motrin like drugs as piroxicam Omeprazole/ famatodine may help with the discomfort, as can a dose of maalox/ mylanta, If it is so severe you can call 911 .
