Maybe: I do believe that your stomach gets smaller if you acclimate it to smaller meals and prolonged periods of fasting. It will also make you feel more full when you eat a large meal if you have been on a conservative diet. By the way, prolonged periods of fasting 12-16 hours a day have shown to benefit older folks when it comes to weight, heart disease and diabetes.
