Normal maturation: Veins of the hands, arms, feet and lower legs often become more prominent around your age, part of normal sexual maturation. It's more obvious in some people than others. Almost certainly nothing is wrong and no treatment is necessary. If you remain concerned, check with your doctor at your next routine visit, or if having a sports physical at school, etc. No worries in the meantime!
