Get a physical: Sounds like your muscles have too much tone. This spasticity or cramping could be part of the same condition you had when you were a child. But you also may have an electrolyte abnormality or vitamin deficiency that can be easily corrected with nutritional supplements. Your thyroid hormone level could also be a cause. Some bloodwork should sort that out. Good luck!
