Why am i so vascular? i can always see all the veins in my hands feet legs even my upper chest. not bulging but always clearly visible through my skin. is this normal?

Can be normal. Some people have more visible veins. Without other symptoms, it is likely normal. Can check blood pressure and circulation of the extremities as an evaluation.

Likely normal, specifically if symmetric. It has to do with overall distribution of muscle and fat, for some individuals vasculature appearing more prominent as being superficial.
