Yes: Skinny people have less subcutaneous fat which makes veins more visible. Men tend to have bigger more noticeable veins and physically active people have larger veins to handle the volume of blood required to oxygenate active peripheral muscle in the body. So active men have bigger veins generally than inactive men and most women and in skinny people veins are more apparent. You are normal.
