A member asked:

When can i stop breastfeeding when hiv+?

If I understand: your question, stopping breastfeeding around 12 months is reasonable, 6 months minimum. Exclusive breastfeeding in a mother taking anti HIV meds is protective to baby, better than supplementing, partial breastfeeding, according to WHO.
