Doctor can evaluate: If a new vision symptom pops up, such as "spots" that are not looking like floaters, one should see his primary care doctor and/or an ophthalmologist (eye doctor). Vision is so important, so it is good to have a doctor get the whole story and examine the eyes. It may or may not be something to worry about, but one cannot tell without an evaluation.
