Post nasal drip: Persistent postnasal drip may be due to sinusitis, allergies, vasomotor(nonallergic) rhinitis excessive dryness of the environment. If the mucus is discolored, rhinosinusitis is likely requiring a prolonged course of appropriate antibiotics. For vasomotor rhinitis a trial of corticosteroid nasal spray or ipratropium nasal spray. Get checked for nasal polyps by ENT.
