I fell off my skate board this evening and hurt me cuboid bone in my foot ? my whole foot went numb and is really swollen ? really hurts and cant walk on it ? should i go for x- rays or not ?

Yes get evaluation: Keep foot elevated to minimize swelling but evaluation is smart idea to minimize the time you are out of action. X-ray or even MRI may be necessary.
