Do salivary gland tumors grow quickly? if you had one, would there just be only a little pinching feeling under chin but no swelling? could it go on for almost a year without getting worse? need help, scared for my 36 year old son who has this pinch?

Instead of being scared and avoiding care, take him to be properly evaluated. Your son cannot be diagnosed used without proper history/examination/lab tests/imaging. Please see your Den test, who may then refer him on to an Oral Pathologist or Oral Surgeon for further evaluation. Hiding, not taking your son for care, is negligence.
