Which test(s)?: There are several kinds of HIV tests. If the latest negative tests were for the amount of virus in the blood ("viral load"), it probably means his treatment has been very effective (which is good news!). However, if his originally positive test(s) were not confirmed, maybe he doesn't have HIV after all. His clinic doctors will be able to sort this out easily and quickly.
