A member asked:

Took an hiv western blot test 5 days after pep treatment ~ about 5 weeks post exposure. test came back negative. is this considered conclusive?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

To be sure, get a test at 6 months after exposure. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
