Conclusive, no worry: Your results are conclusive. I don't know how to interpret "bloods done at clinic, should I be worried?" If you mean you had an HIV test there, of course you can rely on the result. If you're worried that you could have caught HIV by having blood drawn, forget it. That never happens -- I'd bet not a single case in the UK, Europe, or No. America in the past 20 years. Of course no worries.
