See a Dr. first: Troponin specifically tests to see if you have had a recent heart attack. At 28 that, while not impossible, is very unlikely. There are better tests to see if you have good reason to be concerned about the health of your heart. See your primary care Dr. and he or she can decide which tests are most appropriate.
