hello, i have had mild pain in my lower back and hip areas around my right sacroiliac joint for a few years now. i just started feeling some discomfort near my right testicle. i am curious on what might be causing these issues?

Back/testicle pain: The two may be connected or may not be. This can be a urinary infection like prostatitis or bladder infection. Or separate back and testicle problems. . See your doctor
