Uterine mass ?'s: With a known history of "fibroids", a "2.5 cm isoechoic nodule with internal vascularity" most probably represents a relatively large "fibroid" in the wall of the uterus, projecting into the uterine cavity (canal). Check with your gyn physician to see if treatment is necessary: if a hysterectomy is recommended, be sure to obtain a second opinion.
