Cold urticaria?: There is a condition called cold urticaria, in which an allergic type rash (urticaria, i.e. hives) occurs in response to rapid cooling of the skin. Not likely if only itching, but if you see raised itching spots (hives), see a doctor. Usually not serious, but treatment may be helpful.
