My 3 months old baby has dry skin patches all over his body. they are not red or itchy and more visible after bath. is it signs of eczema or just dry skin due to cold air and excessive baths?

Probably eczema: Could be eczema. Try bathing less and in lukewarm, not hot water. Apply moisturiser while skin is wet, and use a protective, emollient ointment on the dry patches such as aquaphor or eucerin ointment. Talk to your baby's dr- they can perform a visual exam of the skin and determine the cause.
