How often can i take the fluticasone nasal spray? i took one spray this am in each nostril. it really helps w my allergy induced asthma.

2 sprays each nostri: The usual dose is 2 sprays each nostril once daily. Potentially better control of the nasal symptoms may improve asthma but the effects are variable.
