About holes...: Humans have holes. Some are supposed to be there, others are not. Some are only present in some people but don't matter. An ENT doctor can look to see what the hole is and where it leads to. If it is a complex issue, a patient can get a second opinion before planning any procedure. An oral surgeon, periodontist, or maxillofacial surgeon can also give an opinion.

Hole: Is this new? Size? Exact location? Yes, it can be treated, but first the cause has to be determined.Would suggest evaluation by an Oral Surgeon and/or an ENT to determine cause, and from that appropriate treatment.
