Hi there, I have a small lump at the top of my mouth(the palate) that appeared 2 days ago, it's the colour of my gum and when I press it, it is abit painful. I'm worried this might be related to cancer. I have no other mouth or throat issues.
What type of benign lesions are there for a hard painless bump on palate? What percentage is there that it's salivary gland cancer or palatial cancer?
