I think i may have taken two doses of my bedtime meds. am afraid to go to bed! what should i do? it has been about 15 min and i feel ok.

Not enough: It would help to know which sleeping meds you are taking, but you should be OK as for many drugs lower doses are initially recommended and in case of partial response dose is doubled. In the long range you will have to find better ways of taking your meds, a weekly pill box being a possibility.
