Anterior fusion: May want to cvonsider doing an anterior interbody fusion to improve success rate.

Needs Evaluation: You may want to consider taking vitamin d3, calcium and possibly adding Forteo to try to get fusion to occur without further surgery. Anterior interbody fusion and addition of rhbmp are additional technologies that may give you a better outcome with a repeat surgery if that is ultimately required.
