I have an upset stomach after every evening meal. i eat well before 7pm and have been reducing the amount i eat each week but still have to take famotidine every evening. should i be worried? upset stomach

Many things are in the upper abdomen: stomach, pancreas, liver, small intestine, gall bladder, large intestine, abdominal muscles, etc... Symptoms that occur after eating, can be due to gallstones or other gall bladder disease. The stomach and the spleen are in the left upper abdomen.
