If doctors involved: If already being well-cared for by one's doctors, a patient need not worry much... but should continue care. Many things are in the upper abdomen: stomach, pancreas, liver, small intestine, gall bladder, large intestine, abdominal muscles, etc... Symptoms that occur after eating, can be due to gallstones or other gall bladder disease. The stomach and the spleen are in the left upper abdomen.
