Brown teeth: Can indicate stain from foods, meds, etc, or cavities, or congenital defects in tooth enamel. Your son needs a Dentist. All children should have their 1st dental examination no later than their 1st b'day. Recommend that you see a pediatric dental specialist, a Pedodontist. Go now.
