Can see doctor again: Question is unclear. One can visit his primary care doctor and his urologist for advice and care. The questions to ask may be: Is there inflammation or a physical problem in the urethra? Are these sensations actually typical for many men but being perceived as abnormal in this case? Could there be an infection? Meanwhile, safest to not do any unusual penis activities.
