No: Eggs have a a good amount of protein and nutrients in them but there is a downside. Eggs have a lot of cholesterol in the yolks. If you'd like to eat a lot of eggs but avoid the cholesterol you can remove half the yolks.

The Perfect Food: Actually, eggs are quite nutritious and an excellent source of protein, vitamins and minerals. The yolk tends to concentrate much of the cholesterol, approximately 280-310 mg depending on the egg size. One whole egg and several egg whites per day are perfectly fine. Eggs produced organically on free range farms avoid pesticides, animal by-products and hormones and in my opinion are healthier.
