Otitis?: You should go to the doctor as soon as possible, preferably a otorhinolaryngologist also known as ENT (ear nose and throat), because that tinnitus or ringing sound could be due to an obstruction or infection in your ear that could complicate quickly. The most probable cause is an earwax plug that needs to be removed, but all the other probable causes need to be discarded.
