Hi i do boxing my doctor told me i have a very deviated septum about 30% breathing rate from the nose the left side totally blocked but since i know the surgery makes my nose fragile to punches . should i do it or not if i want to box again.

Not the surgery: But the type of sport and being able to defend your nose makes it vulnerable. Fixing a deviated septum will help improve your breathing, specifically at night and your overall quality of life. This issue is best to be clarified with the surgeon that offered the surgery otherwise.
