My doctor says there is no guarantee in operation of nose .i have right side concha bulossa and left side nasal septum deviated. why doc said that?

Facial pain: The proposed surgery will allow you to breath thru your nose but there is no guarantee your nose/facial pain will resolve after surgery. Many patients suffers facial pain related to headaches or neuralgia.
