Doctor told me i have a tilted bone in my nose due to which sometime i feel my left nostril blocked, for which i have to go through a surgery. if i do not get the surgery done, cause i am afraid. would there be any problem due to this in future?

I would abide by the advice of the otolaryngologist who examined you. Deformity of the nasal bone often leads to problems like snoring, sinus infections,noisy breathing dry mouth,nose bleeds.
