Im having difficulty breathing at night when sleeping because one side of my nose usually gets blocked and the other one will be extremely dry so much that i will have to breath through my mouth. i have been to doctors but no help. can you advise?

An ENT exam will be needed to look for anatomic abnormalities such as deviated septum or polyps for example. In case air dry from heating, use a humidifier by the bedside.
