Im having difficulty breathing at night when sleeping because one side of my nose usually gets blocked and the other one will be extremely dry so much that i will have to breath through my mouth. i have been to doctors but no help. can you advise?

Ent: An ENT exam will be needed to look for anatomic abnormalities such as deviated septum or polyps for example. In case air dry from heating, use a humidifier by the bedside.
