More info needed: Not enough information provided. Diagnosing CMV infection is complex, depends a lot on symptoms, other health problems, and much more. Most adults have positive test results, usually not meaning anything important. Best to rely on doctor’s advice. If uncertain, ask doc for referral to infectious diseases specialist.

Rhumatoid Factor IGA came back positive 52 (ref 0-20) where as RF IGM 3 (ref 0-20) and RF IGG 6 (ref 0-20) is negative . No rhumetologic symptoms but test performed as part of Ulcerative colitis blood work up. why RF IGA is positive? CRP, ESr all Ok?
